A BIT OF TECHNICAL INFO
This is our first wool back from the professionals
at the spinning mill, so I have done some tests
on it, and these are the results.
I have found that knitting this wool on 4mm needles using an aran pattern works out at the correct size. (I am an ‘average’ knitter - not particularly tight or loose ).
I have done a couple of test ‘squares’, and hand washed them in a proprietary wool wash, and
dried naturally laid flat with no adverse effect
on size - i.e. no shrinking or stretching.
I have just finished the first jumper, which has washed and dried without problem, too.
